Hello, my name is Melinda Vernon! Welcome to Melinda Vernon OT Services! I am a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) with over 10 years of therapy experience in the community sector, including working with NDIS participants, aged care, physical and sensory disabilities, and mental health. I am passionate about addressing assistive technology needs and conducting functional capacity assessments to support my clients effectively. Alongside my professional experience, I enjoy adventure and nature, engaging in activities like trail running, climbing, and exploring the outdoors. My background also includes sports representation, where I had the honor of representing Australia in distance running and professional-level triathlon. One of my proudest achievements is winning the women's section of the City to Surf 14km run from Hyde Park to Bondi Beach in 2009. I am excited to channel my determination and energy into meeting your NDIS occupational therapy needs.
